THE ILIOPSOAS MUSCLE

Do you know where the iliopsoas muscle is? Know what it does? If you have back pain, you might. The iliopsoas is actually a deep muscle group made up of the psoas major, psoas minor, and iliacus muscles. The iliopsoas muscle group links the spine to the lower extremities. Its pain may seem like it comes from the hip which makes it hard to figure out whether it is the source of pain or not, but your Minster chiropractor has a few special ways to see what’s what! THE ILIOPSOAS AND BACK PAIN

When dealing with back pain, sufferers want to try most anything to help!
